60-Day Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

HearthVale offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days after delivery to request a return or refund.

How to request a return

Email iankaplan119@gmail.com with your order number and the name or email used at checkout. We will provide the next steps and, if a return is needed, the correct return address. Please contact us before sending items back; do not use an address printed on the parcel without our confirmation.

Return postage

HearthVale pays return postage for approved returns under our 60-day guarantee. Contact us before returning your order so we can arrange a prepaid return label or instructions. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We will email you when your refund is processed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you need help checking its status.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items or is missing items. Include your order number and photographs where available so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation or address change, contact us promptly. We may be unable to change an order after it has been dispatched.
