U.S. Shipping

HearthVale charges a flat shipping fee of $7 USD for all U.S. orders, regardless of the bundle selected. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing and delivery

We will send an order confirmation after your purchase and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or your delivery location. Contact us for the latest estimate for your order.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change; we may be unable to update an order after it has shipped.
